From 6–10 July 2026, EuroMedAI brings a Mediterranean perspective to two landmark moments in global AI: the AI for Good Global Summit and the United Nations Global Dialogue on AI Governance. Throughout the week, we will contribute research, field experience, and intercultural dialogue to Geneva’s landmark AI week.

From AI Governance Evidence to Local Readiness: Prototyping Public-Interest AI Through Intercultural Dialogue
Co-organised with the Global Center on AI Governance and BRISD (Belt and Road Initiative for Sustainable Development), this side event explores how global AI governance evidence can translate into practical local readiness — through public-interest AI prototypes and intercultural dialogue.

🌍 7–10 July · AI for Good Global Summit — AMSA-AI Showcase
Inclusive AI literacy for local governance
At the Summit, we showcase AMSA-AI: a locally adapted AI mentor helping elected women, civil-society leaders, and local-governance actors use AI safely — co-designed in Morocco, for Mediterranean low-resource languages.
- Locally grounded: trusted legal sources, real local needs
- Inclusive: women, CSOs, youth, rural and low-literacy users
- Responsible: safeguards, verification, source citations
Our goal in Geneva: mobilise partners and funders to scale AMSA from Morocco across the Southern Mediterranean. Learn more about the platform in our AMSA-AI launch announcement.
